Broadcast theme customization- change the size of product grid boxes in collection list slider

I am trying to add some customization to our home page of our shopify store.  I have sent in a help  ticket through the theme but what they sent did not work.

1. I am trying to change the color of the text in Richtext section on the homepage- it only offers to change the whole sections

2.  I have 3 sets of collection list sections. I am have them set up as slider The product box size is too large.  I want to make them smaller but nothing seems to change them. I have added code both under assets and in the style body.  Nothing change
