Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with the sale price strikethrough not displaying on the collection page of my Shopify store. While the discounted price and percentage show correctly on the product detail page, they’re missing on the collection page.
Here’s the link to my collection page with the sale items: https://michelefranzesemoda.com/a/search/uomo-abbigliamento?filter_stagione=Primavera+Estate+24.
I’ve already checked for any display: none or visibility: hidden styles in my CSS that could be hiding the sale price, but haven’t found anything relevant. I’m using a custom theme and am open to suggestions, whether it’s modifying the theme code or adjusting settings I might have overlooked.
Any advice on how to display the sale price with a strikethrough on the collection page would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help.
Hey @GianniF
Upon checking your collection pages, I can see that the strike-through prices are visible for me.
Best Regards,
Moeed
@GianniF you could check in Settings → Markets → Preferences if the compare-at price is activated.
In Markets, click on the top right "Preferences"
Check if Compare-At Price hiding is activated.
Unselect it if you want to display the compare-at prices.
Hi @GianniF ,
I checked the collection page you shared and noticed that the discounted price is showing properly with a strikethrough. The screenshots are attached.
The price showing here in the collection page is the same as in product page.
So it seems that the price is showing correctly, please check again to see.
I hope this helps!
Best regards,
Daisy
