Hello, my website is: https://mankave.store

I thought I fixed this error, but apparently it has not been fixed.. Can someone help? In this image below that I'm attaching, it is showing "general error" and has a broken link on every page because of it. Where the User Icon is highlighted in Pink is what indicates the error. Now I thought I fixed this by created a sub-domain for user accounts, but I'm not sure... Does anyone have insight to why this is like this?

Here is another image showing that there is 1 broken link on all of my pages because of this.

Now I don't know if this is related, but my mother tried to create a user-login and she received an email for the code to log-in (from her iPhone Plus) but the code wouldn't work and couldn't create an account or log-in; however, I tried creating an account from Samsung Galaxy and it worked fine, same with on desktop and I used new emails to create new accounts on each - so possibly she typed it in wrong.. The point I'm making with this, I'm not certain, but I think the accounts do sign in under the subdomain I created for customer accounts. Which I do have set to Primary Domain for Customer Accounts as seen below.

Is this link supposed to be broken? Or what is wrong?

I am suspended on Google Merchant Center and have been working on it for a long time, I'm wondering if this is why? Someone please help!
