Brooklyn- multiple product variants

Hi, I am using the Brooklyn theme. I was wondering if I could have secondary product variants based on the first variants.

I have a box set, customer can choose whether they have t-shirts or cup as the first variants. Would it be possible I added a secondary product variants,

customer can choose the size (secondary variant) after they selected t-shirt in the first variant , while for cup, customer can choose the color. Would it be possible? Thanks.
