Brooklyn Theme - Center Prices On Homepage + Collections Page And Remove The Dash

Could anybody please help me with centering my prices under the products on the collections page and home page and removing the annoying dash in front of the price? (URL: Shopcutify.com)

You can try this code by following these steps: 

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code.

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: paste bellow code in tag </body> -> save.

This works but does not center the prices under the product name.
