Bulk upload video not working

Hi,

We are trying to use bulk import functionality to import product images and videos, however we are unable to upload videos. we have first uploaded all required videos/ images to content - files.

do i need to download specific app to upload images? 

Also if we are not using default template do i need to manually update template and collection name for every product after upload? currently it is picking default template and I am unable to update collection name.

I hope you are well! 🙂 I recommend the CS Smart Bulk Image Upload app for the bulk image upload process. It allows you to upload product images into your store using image names, product/variant SKU, Barcode, Metafield, and title. 

The Export Product Images app also helps you download images from your store to your computer. Let me know if you need further assistance with these operations. 🙂 Have a great day!

You are welcome 🙂 Currently, bulk video uploading is not available, but the team is investigating the process, and it's in the feature roadmap for the medium-term.
