BULLET THEME: some of my product photos have a border and other's dont, how do I fix this?

I used the same file type and image sizes and some of the product images have a border around them, screenshot attached. how do I remove the border from some of the images?

Image 1 below is the image with the additional border and image two is what I want the website to look like.
