Follow these Steps:

1) Go to Online Store
2) Edit Code
3) Find theme.liquid file

4) Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </body> tag

<style>
sticky-header.header-wrapper.color-background-2.gradient {
    position: absolute !important;
    width: 100% !important;
    background: transparent !important;
}
.video-text a {
    background: transparent !important;
    border: solid 1px black;
}
</style>

Maybe you know how to change the top menu to white now, instead of black?

Step 1: Go to Shopify Admin -> Online Store ->Theme -> Edit code

Step 2: Search file theme.liquid

Step 3: Insert this code above </head> tag:
