Button opacity

How can I change the opacity of the button "Shop Here" or the thickness of the text "Shop Here" on the desktop version only? The first picture shows how it looks on mobile, while the second one shows how it looks on desktop. As you can see, it is barely visible on desktop. Any information would be appreciated!
