Buy with prime not showing consistently with Exo 2.0 theme

I am developing some new product pages using a modified version of Exo 2.0 and have found that the Amazon "Buy with Prime" button seems to show up only when it wants to. The SKUs are all matching and the other products seem to be working fine. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

For branded Dynamic payment buttons,  they are dynamic
