Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
My old website had our blog linked as a subdomain to the website example blog.mywebsite.com.
The blog also has it's own domain (CompanyNameBlog.com) that has a CNAME record that redirects it to blog.mywebsite.com.
I have poked around the settings and I am not sure I can accomplish the same thing with Shopify (the old website was 3DCart / Shift4Shop).
Can I do this with Shopify? If so I would appreciate any guidance on how to set it up.

This is an accepted solution.
In case anyone else has the same question the solution was simple (not sure why I was thinking it was more complicated).
I just had to add a CNAME record to my storefront domain's DNS records that pointed CompanyNameBlog.com to blog.mywebsite.com (enter blog in the name (subdomain) field and the domain for your blog CompanyNameBlog.com in the alias field).
I use a third party domain provider so I am not sure how you would do this if your domain was purchased through Shopify.
