Although third-party themes are created by developers outside of the Shopify platform, if you run into any issues with a theme that was purchased from our Shopify Theme Store then our internal support team can offer initial investigations to pinpoint any potential causes of the issue.
For any general questions about a theme's functionality, theme developers often provide support documentation to help with this, which can be found from within the respective theme page in the Shopify Theme Store by scrolling slightly down on the theme page and clicking on the Support and documentation tab:
As seen in the screenshot above too, however, you're free to also contact the theme's support team directly if you have any specific questions that you feel would be best suited for their team. Keep in mind that if you're looking to enquire about a customization to your theme, only certain theme developers offer free customizations. They'll typically note this within the theme page in the Shopify Theme Store, and if they do in fact offer customizations, then reaching out to the theme's support team directly would be best here as they'll then be able to assist with your customization query.
