Can I schedule layout changes on my custom page?

Hi, I need help customizing my shop layout. Can the page layout be changed during a certain point/timeframe? Like a scheduled section switch?

I'm using the Dawn theme and wanted to achieve a layout setup where the section below my VSL switches from the hero section to a product card/buy now section after a certain amount of time.

Is this possible to do with a certain app integration? Or is there a custom code I can use?

Here's how the page I'm trying to copy looks. In this first image, you can see the "Here's just a small glimpse..." section below the video.  

Then after a couple of minutes, the section below the video switches to this product card/buy now section:

How can I apply something like this to my store layout? And it's not a slideshow, too.
