purchased empire theme $180, under my old profile, I didnt make any sales and just let it expire. I opened a new account but want to recover the empire theme purchase and transfer to my new profile. Is that possible? I dont see why not as I paid for the theme. Please let me know as I'm not familiar with this, thank you. Juan

Thank you for sharing your experience in the Community forum. Congrats on opening your new store! The good news is that if you are the account owner of both shops, we can help you transfer the paid theme to your new store. We allow merchants to transfer a paid theme from one store to another, provided that you close the original store.
I will start by saying that to complete this request we’ll need to access your account(s). While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request. From there, our support team will be able to help you transfer your theme.
It is important to note that your old store's products, collections, navigation menus, pages, blog posts aren't included when you transfer your theme to a new store, because they're managed in the Admin, separate from the theme. If you had made changes to your theme that you would like to transfer over, you can check out our document: Backups and duplication.
