I have two, actually. I tried uploading one and got a boatload of empty categories and products with no images and ... wow, what a mess. So I deleted the whole file from admin. Can anyone help?

thanks,

Hi @JeanneM13 generally product import problems are a result of not taking it slow.

Do a few products at a time to learn the format and work out minor issues.

If you still need product import services and have the budget then contact me by my email for services or dm me.
Contact info in forum signature.
ALWAYS please provide context, examples: store url, theme name, post url(s) , or any further detail in ALL correspondence.
