Can't buy "broadcast" theme

I don't know why I'm having this issue but I can't buy the "Broadcast" theme. I've installed it and can preview the them but when I press Actions->Buy - it just takes me to the Billings page in my site settings. I've added my credit card as a payment but I still can't buy the them. I had this exact same problem the other day when purchased the "Prestige" theme. It wouldn't let me buy it and then two days later it did. Can anyone tell me why it's not working?


edit - I've also tried clearing my cache, using an incognito browser - as another thread suggested but nothing.

I don't know if this was the fix or not but if anyone else has this problem - change the password of your site in the site settings. Once I changed that I could purchase the theme.

Hi, @ffindlater! Sounds like you might be having some trouble with your account and purchases through it. If you've tried to make a purchase and it fails, there should be an error page that you encounter.

Can you tell us more details about the exact screen you get and the steps you took?

Most times the reason could be lack of funds in your payment method chosen or the type of credit card entered.
