Can't import images into Shopify anymore, how to fix?

I can't seem to import images into shopify anymore. There is an indication that does not go that seems to block the import. Can someone help me to fix that

Sorry for the delay, I've had a subscription for about 6 months now. I've been using it for about 6 months now, but I've been able to import a file that was blocked. I've been using it for about 6 months now. Hopefully this will not happen again. Thank you for your attention

Hyde here from Shopify.

While my French is fairly rudimentary, it looks like that notification is saying that the import is currently underway and may take a few minutes to complete.

If you've waited over an hour and the import still hasn't been completed, I would recommend that you contact our support so that they can help with pushing through the stuck import. This may happen sometimes, especially with large files. 

If you Contact Support you will be prompted to either login or continue without a store. Once you have selected an option you will be asked to ask about a topic. Search for your query and relevant help docs will populate as well as the option to proceed to live chat or email.
