Can tips be restricted to local delivery orders only?

I would like to make the tip option come up for customers, but only if they select the delivery option (its local delivery). Is this possible? I dont want it to say that for the Pickup customers.

unfortunately it is not possible unless you got Shopify Plus or some sort of checkout customization
