Can you pin a blog post to appear first on Shopify?

Is there a way to pin blog posts, or make them sticky, so they show up first?

Most of the themes do not have away to pin a blog post out of the box.

This could be accomplished one of two ways:

1) Add a theme setting that allowed you to select a blog post to show at the top.
2) Set a tag within the individual blog post called "Featured" you would like to sticky.

This would require some reworking of the blog post loop to make it happen. 

If you don't know liquid, you would likely need a Shopify developer to modify the loop for you.
