Can you recommend a shopify expert or freelancer?

Here are the things I need some help with in my Dawn theme, I'd love to get some recommendations or find someone who can help me with this and get some quotes:

- I've added a box to the checkout page using the custom.liquid section for my customers to leave me a note, but it's a weird box, I want it larger and centered.

- I would like a drop down variation menu and qty menu with add to cart button for each product on the collection page (or everywhere, if possible, if not I would like the price removed from all products in search results, home page, etc.  similar to this: 

- In the collection - list sections I would like the collection images smaller, no bigger than the size they are at when there are 3 columns, no matter how many collections there are.

- I would like to have infinite scrolling, or a view more button at the bottom of any collection pages or search results pages.

- I would like a search bar above or below the menu, instead of the magnifying glass.

I'm looking to do this in the near future and would just like to know how best to go about finding help. I'm wanting to avoid apps.
