Cannot add any items from home page to cart except for 1 that has an upsell attached to it

Not able to add 6 out 7 products from my shopify home page to cart. Product pages are created on pagefly and are working properly.

Please assist.

Is this issue with the home page product grid?

Yes - issue is on homepage & in 'all products' page. Add to cart in Product pages created in Pagefly are working fine.
