cannot STOP price range from showing want lowest price only

for the life of me i CANNOT get my page to JUST show the lowest variation price it is only showing price ranged for the variations/sizes I want something simple like the first image from another site. am not sure if the apps i am using is messing with it and looked through them all cannot find it... please help...
