capitalize all notification emails

For example, when a user purchases something they get a default email, same is when their product is shipped, or even cancelled. I'd appreciate assistance on how to capitalize that whole email with my sites's font bold just to match my sites theme. And if it can't be bold and my sites's font. I'd appreciate the whole email notification to be capitalized.
