Carousel not working on featured collections | Dawn theme

I have turned on the carousel button for all my featured collections but it isn't working

Can anyone advise pls?

Please set the Maximum products to show more than the Number of columns on desktop to enable the carousel.

Yes there are more than 4 products so I’m assuming carousel should kick in

This did not work for me, all it does it show arrows to click to the next set of products, not a carousel
