Shopify themes, liquid, logos, and UX
Hi All,
We have not been able to see the customer cart notes after an order is placed. The 'Enable Cart Notes' function is enabled. This used to be working before and we haven't changed anything but the functionality has suddenly stopped. I placed a test order but in the Notes section of the order this is showing up as empty.
Any ideas why this might be the case? I'm using Bullet theme.
@genieboi has your theme updates? in last few days few people are having issues that when theme gets updated they loose particular functionality for some time, try contacting theme as well as shopify support.
