Cart page justifying items center (Dawn theme)

Hello dear community!

I am trying to personalise my cart page but I can't figure out how to justify the items to the center - as shown in the screenshots. Also, is it possible for the PayPal button to not be yellow?

Follow these Steps:

1) Go to Online Store
2) Edit Code
3) Find theme.liquid file

4) Add the following code in the bottom of the file above </body> tag

<style>
.title-wrapper-with-link {
    width: 100% !important;
    justify-content: center !important;
}
.title-wrapper-with-link a {
    place-self: center !important;
}
.cart__footer-wrapper:last-child .cart__footer {
    justify-content: center !important;
}
.cart__blocks {
    margin: 0 !important;
}
</style>

RESULT:

However - and sorry for being annoying - the 'estimated total' and the text underneath it act a little strange, they are in the center but it seems they are justified to the right edge of the checkout button. Is it possible to change it?

Keep the previous code and add this new code above </style> in the end of theme.liquid file.

.totals {
    justify-content: center !important;
}
small.tax-note.caption-large.rte {
    text-align: center !important;
}
