Cascade Theme - Background Color Change on Scroll

The Cascade theme demo in Classic mode has a really fun feature where the background color of a section changes as the visitor scrolls the site.

Is this a feature built into the theme itself? If so, I can't seem to find the settings to make that an option! I'd love to turn this on and style it on the home page. Happy to duplicate the store to tinker on it without changing the Shopify site I have live with Cascade currently.
