Centralizing text on Custom Content Debut theme

I forgot to mention that the problem is only in mobile version. I have it centralized, as I wish, on desktop version.

Thanks for update.

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

    width: 100%;

Thanks for your prompt response. Your code worked for the footer text, and I liked it! However, if you see the image above, you will see that the words "Affordable  & Reliable" are not centered. That's what I want also centered. Thanks for all your help!

If you see the image above, you will see that the words "Affordable  & Reliable" are not centered on mobile version, though it appears centered on desktop version. How can I make it centered on mobile without changing the desktop layout? Thanks for all your help!
