Change alignment of text in header dropdown menu

Hey everyone,

I have 2 things I would like to change on my Shopify store, and I'm hoping someone here can help me out. I'm attaching a photo below to hopefully clarify what I am talking about.

Please note: I am using a custom theme that I purchased on Etsy. I can share snippets of the code or whatever information may be helpful to figure this out. Thank you in advance for any and all help!

The two thing I want to change are:

1) *IN RED/BLUE* I would like to have all the text / links in my dropdown menu/nested menus to be aligned-left. They are currently aligned to center, and when I went to edit the code, it automatically changed the text alignment of the header menu as well. I want to keep the header menu text center-aligned, and the dropdowns changed to aligned-left.

2) *IN GREEN* If possible, I would like to have the arrows in the dropdown menus stay justified to the right side. So they would all be in same place all the way down the menu, instead of moving inwards when the link name is shorter (see how it moves inwards for "Family" but is all the way right for  "Autumn / Autumn Holidays."
