Change button colour when out of stock

Hi:)

On my website i have a lot of products with differtent variants (for example a protein shake with different flavours). Sometimes we are out of stock with certain flavours. I would like to change the background colour of the buttons in wich you can choose your flavour when the flavour is out of stock (see picture)

How do i do this?

I think i need to change some code, but which files and what do i need to change?:)

I am using the Dawn theme and i use the Preorder Now Wolf addon to show people when something is out of stock.

Thanks a lot, but i would like to change a different button (but only when out of stock, when available it should stay as it is) haha. I have added a picture with drawings:)
