Change colour of custom page title.

Hi all, currently struggling with my website as I am trying to change the colour of my custom page title to white but I cannot find any codes to fix my issue. This is due to me deciding on changing my entire website theme from white to black, as a result since the titles are black in default, I cannot see them anymore with black background.

I want to be able to see "Contact us" above from the description that you can already see. 

I'll attach two pictures so you guys can understand my current dilemma. I appreciate any feedback in advance.

- Please follow these steps:

- Then find the base.css file.
- Then add the following code at the end of the file and press 'Save' to save it.
