Change COMING SOON badge to SOLD OUT - Brooklyn Theme

Hello, 

Trying to find where the code is to change COMING SOON badge to SOLD OUT instead in Brooklyn theme.  See screengrab below: 

I'd like to change the text to SOLD OUT. Any help, really appreciated. Kindest,
