Change 'Continue Shopping' button text in 'Thank You' page

I'd appreciate assistance on how to change the text that is in this button that says 'Continue Shopping' located in the 'Thank You' page in my site that appears once the user purchases something.

It can be changed from the settings -> Shipping and delivery 👇 ( Check the attached images, If the image shows blur click on it, and it will show the proper image.)

I've already done this, thank you. Would you be able to assist me on how to change the default checkout cart button to my custom cart button that's located throughout the whole site
