Change default image for "All Products" category on Dawn theme

We're using the Dawn theme and we do not have a dedicated category for all products - we just use the system-default /collections/all page. However, because this collection isn't one we made, we can't assign it a banner image and it just uses the system default image, which is an illustration of people in a canoe. Where can we go to replace this default image with one of our products?

This can be done by modifying the theme code

Do you know where we would find the default banner image in the theme code?

Can I please also have help. We use dynamic collection placement for image banners but 'All Products' defaults to the standard Dawn image banner. I need to change the default image but cannot find anywhere in the code to do so.
