Change email sign up box to fit all screens - Dawn theme

Basically the title. When the website is fullscreen, the email box is in the correct location. But once I move the window to make it smaller, the rest of the footer adjusts and the email box stays in the same place and is unreactive to the smaller size. Is there any code I can put in to have it move with the rest of the footer?

I haven't, I guess it looks different depending on the screen size? Is there any way for the box to be lined up with the text no matter the size of the screen?
