please Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code then go to assets/index.css ->paste below code at the bottom of the file. 

.footer__group .ff-body.footer__text p{
	font-size: 17px !important;
}

Please add the following code at the bottom of your assets/index.css file.

.footer__groups p, .footer__groups a {
    font-size: 17px !important;
}
