Change format of image stack on Dawn theme (product page)

Hello!

I am interested in formatting my product images similar to how this site has their images- 

As you can see(screenshot above), it begins as 2 column, then a single column, then 3 column, then back to back 2 columns. I am currently building out my site (screen shot below) and kept all images vertical with the exception of the main product image which is 1:1 square. Keeping all images vertical also seamlessly transitioned the mobile site to very clean and organized. Is there a custom code I can input in order to achieve the same look as the screen shot above?
