change icon on click and disable zooming on phone

i try search how could i change icon of search on click i want it became a X and not keep the same icon of search and i want it come back as an search icon when click on X:

and how could i desactivate the zoom on mobile in full website(not only product zoom but full website) ive seen that you could zoom on mobile so how to desactivate it fully?

my site is : 

to inspect my website there is an inspector shortcut sry i desactivated right click i think it is crtl+shift+i

there is another problem why does the when i click on the top logo it does an research?:

it should be only the down icon searching and not the upper icon
