Change Location of Main Menu from center to top left

Hi,

I am currently using a shopify template called V3 by FKX media, and I was wondering how I could change the location of the 3 main menu items to be smaller and in the top left of my store, also adding a cart icon to the right top right corner of my homepage. I will attach a recording of what it looks like below currently, and what I am aiming for!
