Change number when item is added to cart

Hi guys,

When an item is added to the cart, the number and circle surrounding block the most of the shopping bag. How can I make the number with circle smaller and move it to the top right of the shopping bag so the user is still able to see most of the icon?? I would really appreciate the help!!
