Change padding around text in "image with text" on craft theme on mobile

Hi i'm wanting to *on mobile only* reduce the padding where the red is in the screenshot
so above and below the text, as well as between the end of text and the button that follows

can anyone help out with this?
CRAFT theme

I don't want the padding edits to affect the sections that follow
previous codes i've been testing are causing a white gap between this "image with text" section and the section that follows
