Change product page image scroll direction on "Distinctive" theme.

Hello! I'm looking to change the scroll direction of my product page images in the "Distinctive" theme. Currently they go from left to right but I'd like them to scroll up and down like this example (https://www.jilsander.com/en-us/flat-sandals/J33WP0048P0503001.html).

I have some experience coding but this is outside of my current knowledge.

Currently the website is down and password protected but would be happy to share if someone has a solution.

Would love any help! Thank you!
