Change "More Payment Options" text for Dynamic Checkout on Refresh Theme

I am using the Refresh theme, how do I change the "More Payment Options" text under the dynamic checkout box? I've tried editing the default theme content but I can't any options in there to change it, and I can't find where in the code to change that text.

I'm looking to change the hyperlink text, not add another payment method.
