Change Reformation Theme From Opening Up New Tabs on Collection Image Links

Hi, I own an apparel brand and am working on upgrading my website to the Reformation theme but there's a troubling issue - when you click on one of the collection images, the link opens up a new tab instead of going straight into the collection. On mobile, all you see is a white flash when you click it and  you won't even notice the new tab opening unless you switch the other tab, while if you have a pop up blocker installed it won't even allow it to open. Very problematic feature!

I need to fix this before I can go live - Can anyone assist with a way to have the collection image link go straight into the collection like it's supposed to? Thank you!
