Change the background of product images

Is it possible to change the background of the mockups to  an image. I currently have it set as a gradient but i want it to be a customized background image

i just want the color gradient in the background  of the product pictures in "collections" set as a picture if its possible

Please follow the

• Step 1: Go to your Themes page. Navigate to Online Store > Themes. ...
• Step 2: Click Edit code. In the Actions dropdown menu, click on Edit code to get to the code editor.
• Step 3: Find the Assets folder for CSS files and edit the base.css file.
  Add the below style to the base.css file at the end
  Note: Don't forget to change the image URL with your image. As of now I have used your logo

I am ok up until the end, then I am lost.  I have a background I want to use on my product pictures and can't get it on there.  Can you help me?  Do I just change the url with the file name on my computer?

I have the same issue, I want to change background to my product picture. I tried to add to my base css the following but doesn't work
