Hi, @reyph.

For context, customers can enter their credit card details directly on a store's checkout page, as per your second screenshot, if the store is using either Shopify Payments or a third-party payment gateway that supports the direct checkout feature.

Not all third-party payment gateways support the direct checkout feature, however, and those that do would also often call it on-site checkout or integrated checkout. Some popular third-party gateways that support this feature include:

  • Authorize.net
  • Stripe
  • Braintree

From your screenshot, it looks like you're using Paylink as your store's payment gateway, is that correct? If so, it appears that Paylink may not support the direct checkout integration at this stage. Seeing as they're fully operated by developers outside of the Shopify platform however, you can contact their team directly so that they can verify this for you.
