Changes in mega menu layout

Hi i'm struggling a bit with getting my mega menu layout to look the way i want and like to ask some help with the points below

1 ) i'd like the main menu items (f.e. Horlogebanden) to be clickable. When i click on them now, the menu dissapears instead of linking to the url i've allocated to them. 

2) i'd like to have the first menu item in the mega menu, to have this look standard (it now looks like this when you hover it).

and then to remove the link (it's now assigned in the shopify menu to /# but it still changes the cursor to look like it's clickable). Any hover effect i´d like to also have removed. 

i´ve tried a million suggestions in the community already but i´m not succeeding.
