Changing Blog Layout To a Grid Instead of List (Minimal Theme)

I am using the Minimal theme, and would like to know if there is some coding I can add to change the blog layout.  Currently it's a list of my blog posts, but I'd prefer a grid type of layout.

Any coders out there with some advice?  Thanks so much.  🙂

Yes, I can help you to make your blog section in grid view. 
Please provide website url and if your store is password protected then also provide password.
Also Some coding is needed to make grid view. So, Without entering into your store, I can not update the design.
