Changing Contact Information Policy Link

Hi, 

I am looking to change the Contact Information link in my footer (URL: https://wyenewyork.com/). The link is derived from the Policies page on Shopify and not a customer contact information page, which is where I'm getting stuck. I have tried to update the template, but it won't let me use the Contact Info page that I use in another capacity on my site here, https://wyenewyork.com/pages/wholesale-inquiries. 

I would like my Contact Information page to function similar to how it's done on the following site, https://www.rockysmatcha.com/
