Changing font size in Dawn (help with the code)

Hi all,

I really need help increasing/decreasing the font of certain headings, titles and blocks of text in the theme Dawn (and can't get the result I want using the font size scale in theme settings). I'd be very grateful for any advice!

Does anybody know how to do any of the following:

-Increase the font size in the announcement bar (on the desktop version, not the mobile version).

-Increase the font of options in the menu of the first header (on the desktop version only)

-Increase the font size of the text (not the header) of the featured collection (on the desktop version only)

-Reduce the font size of the first heading (mobile version only)

-Reduce the font size of the titles of pages (on both the desktop and mobile version)
